Author visits, classroom programs, presentations, workshops, book signings, and other appearances are subject to availability and scheduling.

Specific details concerning dates, times, program length, audience size, books or topics selected, fees, waivers, travel, book orders, cancellations, and other arrangements may be established when an event is scheduled.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a requested date or event has been reserved.

An event is considered confirmed only after Gulf Coast Inspired and the requesting organization have agreed upon the necessary arrangements.

Occasionally, author visits, events, or deliveries may need to be rescheduled because of illness, severe weather, school closures, emergencies, travel conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Gulf Coast Inspired will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and arrange an alternative date when appropriate.
